RE: Local Union Nos. 705 City and 710Dock and Maintenance YRCW

Ratification.

Please be advised that today the independent Election Officer counted the ballots

for the Local Union Nos. 705 City and 710 Dock and Maintenance YRCW

referendum. The balloting was conducted at the terminals to ensure the highest

possible participation of the members. The results were as follows:

The Local 705 City referendum was rejected 132 yes votes to 234 no votes.

The Local Union 710 Dock referendum was rejected 319 yes votes to 337 no votes.

The Local 710 Maintenance referendum was approved 8 yes votes to 4 no votes.

TNFINC is disappointed in the results and will await the Company’s response
